Living Springs Camp

Hi I am Ella and this is my blog post about Living Springs.
We all did our planning and then went ahead and did our
writing. So sit back and relax.

I went on camp at Living Springs. This was on Wednesday 20th
till Friday the 22nd. I went with Korimako Hub. I went because it
sounded really cool so I said to myself… I might as well give it a
try.

It was about to be my turn. I got up and went over. I picked up
the bow and arrow. I put the arrow on and pulled the string. I
was shivering and was scared that people would laugh at me if I
missed. I shot it and missed. I missed the other three times as
well. But on the last one I actually got it on the board. But it was
on the black ring, which is on the outside of the board. That is
still ok because at least I went back knowing that I tried.

I was in line waiting and waiting. It took forever and ever! I was
waiting for like 10 seconds. Naaaa, just kidding I waited for like
2 seconds. HA HA HA!!!!!!!! You believed me! I waited for 10
minutes! You suckers. Any way, it was finally my turn. I hopped
on the monoral. Well I didn’t hop on I walked on but that doesn’t
matter. I was buckelled in tightly. I was thinking that it was ok
because people that I saw going on it looked slow. I finally left. I
was super bumpy. I kept going side to side. I felt like I was going
to fall off! I finally got to the end. I told myself I wish I could go
again.

On the last dinner at camp we had burgers and chips. It was delicious. I sat at a table with Brooke, Lp and I forgot the rest. I am warning you DO NOT JUDGE ME WITH FORGETTING THINGS!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry about that. But anyways, it was deliciously delicious!

I was pulling the trigger and then… I got the bunny I yelled. Well I yelled inside my head. I didn’t want to be embarrassed so I acted cool. I got every shot except for one. So I got 5 out of 6 shots. I mostly got the bunny, but I also got one duck and one green square all the way in the back. I was really good at it. My group even told me that I was good! I was happy about that.

We finally went home. We walked a little bit longer to the farm. It was very tiring and hot. It seemed like forever. But really it took us like half an hour. It wasn’t really long. We got to the farm. (FINALLY). We had a sausage sizzle. It was very delicious. After that we had some ice-cream. It was chocolate flavoured. We finally finished eating and went to watch sheep shearing. It was really cool and fun to watch. At the end we got to feel the wool. It felt like cotton candy. It also had a oily texture. People also use it as perfume. Finally the bus turned up and we went back to school. I saw my mum grabbed my luggage and left to home. That is the end of Living Springs Camp!šŸ‘
